ESPN Top 10 NBA Dunkers of All Time, Video. This is the list of all time dunkers that ESPN put together. You can not argue too much with the list. I think T-Mac could be on here, if he wanted to be. This video is also made before the 2008, so there is no Dwight Howard. After Dwight Howard’s Superman Dunk at the 2008 NBA All Star Dunk Contest, he has made himself a top 8 dunker.
