Please Explain this Awkward Asian Baseball Commercial

Please Explain this Awkward Asian Baseball Commercial. I am almost certain that this guy is making a fake commercial. I do not mean to be racist, but this is most likely a Japanese man, based on their affinity for the sport of baseball. All I can tell from the commercial is
He likes baseball.
He has a liberal view on uniforms.
The only words I understand are Home Run.
I can see TBS on the logo at the end.
Is this a spoof for a TBS commercial that runs in Japan? I have no idea.
