Ivan Ukhov, Drunk High Jumper, Video. Ivan, a Russian High Jumper, did not qualify for any of his jumps at the 2008 Athletissima track meet in Switzerland on Tuesday. Many of his fellow Jumpers noted that he was drunk on Vodka. Watch the video to see what you think for yourself….. Who am I kidding, Ivan is drunk off his rocker and it is VERY obvious.
