Mark Cubans Brother, Brian Cuban, is Banned From Digg. Yeah this story is true. He did a huge post about it on his personal blog. The post is called, Confessions of a Banned Digger.
Brian Cuban goes in great detail on how he gamed the Digging system and how he ultimately kicked off of Digg. After he was Banned he sent them an Email saying he was sorry about his Digg TOS misunderstandings. They sent him an email back saying that he is “Permanently Banned” and they explained all of the reasons.
The best part about all of this is that you can not make this stuff up. This just went down yesterday 9-5-08. My only question would be, why doesn’t he just have his brother give him a little “coin” to pay people to Digg for him. There are a lot of companies doing that now. That is why I am not on Digg all day.

Thanks for the comments. I honestly think he has a good bit of money, and was just playing with social media as a hobby.
He obviously took it one step too far.
