Scott Van Pelt, new saying gone wrong, Video. Watch this silly little video. Scott Van Pelt from ESPN tries a new saying live on the air, and he yells “El Chacho…. Meow”. It does not work. The result is awkwardness. 
This is why people try to have an ounce of stability on the air. You can not have everyone yelling the first thing that pops in their head all willy nilly like this. You can not see him, and it does not say his name, but SVP is the only cat that would try this.
