Stuart Scott, The Weatherman, Video. EPSN’s Stu Scott used to be the Raleigh N.C. Weatherman. You can tell this job was just too small for him. Everything was so well choreographed. Look at the multiple interviews and the fake snowball fight. This was not a report this was a production. Stuart Scott reported this like it was the first storm to ever hit Raleigh.
