Kevin Garnett Cheap Shots Marco Belinelli, Video. I saw something disturbing involving Kevin Garnett a couple of weeks ago. On an ESPN nationally televised game against Portland, Garnett ripped “Big Baby” Davis so hard because the reserves couldn’t preserve a big lead and Big Kev had to come back in to play. First of all, most teams in the NBA would love to have Davis and the rest of the Celtics bench. Second of all, if you don’t know how to be a leader, hand the baton to someone like Ray Allen, who respects people enough to do something like that behind closed doors. Watching Big Baby sit at the end of the bench and physically cry made me angry towards Garnett. Did he pick up psychological counseling skills at Faragut Academy High School? He didn’t have the classes in college because he skipped past it straight into the NBA.
This video just adds to my recently growing chart of reasons to dislike Kevin Garnett. He got himself a ring, but forgot what it was like to be a regular fun guy. Ray Allen and Paul Pierce seem to be able to handle all of the new success, why cant KG? Has he turned into a camera hog who needs to be showing everyone how much the team is his? I sure hope so as a Cavs fan. Implode!!!
