Tim Lincecum Shakes off the Vending Machine, MLB 2k9, Commercial. MLB 2k9 has been putting out ESPN-like commercials, and I am all for it. ESPN commercials are funny. Now this commercial is not the best, but it does show that the ESPN formula works.
Put a famous athlete, in this case the 2008 NL Cy Young award winner, in an office, and think of a bunch of funny skits involving their sport and office gags. At least a couple of those gags will be good, and you can use them for your marketing campaign. Boom Marketing 101!
