Big Blue vs Pistol Pete, Mascot Fight, Video. I wish I had vid of Utah State’s mascot Big Blue, who was paid $100 to do so, ripping off the mustachio of New Mexico State’s mascot Pistol Pete. That happened Friday night. All we have is the aftermath. A freshly shaven Pistol Pete looked none too happy.
