Masked Man, Frank Matrisciano, Trains Blake Griffen, Video. Blake has been training this way all through college. He laughed at guys whining about the weight room, and now you can see why. Blake’s mantra is “The Competitor to be feared the most is one who never worries about others at all, but goes on making himself better all the time.”
You can’t argue with the results.
