Brett Favre MNF Crackback Block, Preseason NFL Video

Brett Favre MNF Crackback Block, Preseason NFL Video. Not even the staunchest Favre supporter can say that this was a good thing. Was it intentional? No. Should Brett’s 39 year old body have been out there during the “wildcat” formation? No. Will that play ever be called again with Brett lined up as a wide out? Maybe, but he will not do this again.

Brett had a “cracked rib” and rolled over into the Texans Safety, Eugene Wilson, with his throwing arm first, instead of blocking him head up. The whole play was awkward and very “Preseason”ish. It could have been a lot worse, but Eugene was walking/limping around. The play will be remembered by Favre haters for many moons, but it was not that big of a deal. Favre will be fined, and Eugene will most likely be fine.
