NFL Week 9, Picks Predictions, 2011. I am not seeing many 2nd half surprise teams. I am seeing a lot of underachieving 1st half teams getting their act together. I think that is what will happen for the next couple weeks, then the races will get tight and there will be a separation. There will not be any feel good stories in the playoffs. It will only be the best teams from the entire year. As always my Week 9 NFL Picks are bold.
